About Darrell
About me:
I have spent decades in service to others. I have finished a career in the telecom industry providing telecom engineering services to Fortune 500 companies, first responders, government agencies at the federal, state and local levels. I have led large teams located around the globe. So, I am taking my love of woodwork and adding my love of providing a service to others, and here we are.
My Family
I have the greatest family in the world. My wife, Naomi, of 45 years. Along with my son and daughter and their spouses.
But the favorite part of my family...I have 3 grand kids who call me Big Papi.
Personal story, in January 2025, I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. Yep, breast cancer. This came as a surprise because I didn't realize us dudes can get this disease. In the following weeks, I underwent a mastectomy on my left side. Honestly, it has been a difficult chapter in my life. Nonetheless, am still here to create great items and serve the best way that I can.
What I do
I source quality hard woods from around the world and create functional and beautiful pieces that will enhance your dining experience. I create cutting boards, charcuterie boards, serving trays, wood table runners and more.
My passion is to create something beautiful and functional that people will use and display.
