1. California Prop 65 Warning

⚠️ WARNING: Drilling, sawing, sanding or machining wood products can expose you to wood dust, a substance known to the State of California to cause cancer. 2. Custom Orders

Most of our products are custom-made to your specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve all artwork, spelling, dates, names, dimensions, and design details before production begins.

3. Payments

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

4. Production Time

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

5. Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment. Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by us.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

If, for any reason, you need to return an item, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has started. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of our products.

8. Natural Materials

Many of our products are made from natural wood. Every piece of wood is unique and may vary in grain pattern, knots, color, texture, and engraving appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects.

9. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with the product. Improper use, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions may void any applicable warranty.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, artwork, logos, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Southern Wood Boss unless otherwise noted.

Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer. By submitting artwork, you represent that you have the legal right to use it and grant us permission to reproduce it for your order.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

12. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or damage caused after delivery.

13. Privacy

Customer information is used solely to process orders, provide customer service, and communicate about purchases. We do not sell or share personal information except as necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, or comply with applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will govern that purchase.
